General Terms and Conditions

• Prices per week, from Saturday at 4pm (check-in), to Saturday at 9.30am (check-out); shorter stays are possible during promotional periods and low season.
• Weekly price per apartment including: rental, hot water, heating, electricity, bed and bath linen, WiFi, final cleaning, garage, bike storage, ski deposit with heated lockers.
• Deposit at time of booking 30% of price of apartment as final confirmation.
• A refundable damage deposit  of € 200,00 is mandatory. The Security Deposit will be returned to the Guest  at the end of the holiday as long as no damage is reported by our Management
• In case of cancellation the deposit will not be returned
• There are non discounts or refunds for days not used due to late arrival or early departure
• Credit cards accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, CARTASI, BANCOMAT
• Pets are not allowed
• All apartments and communal rooms are non-smoking.

All apartments must be vacated by 9.30am on the day of departure and keys must be left in the apartment. Arrangements can be made for a later check out but this is subject to prior arrangement.
Your apartment is available for check-in from 4pm. An early check-in (before 4pm) can be made as long as we have an apartment available at the time of your arrival.
We contact all guests shortly after receiving your reservation to discuss arrival times, if necessary full details of out of hours check-in will be provided before you commence your journey. If you are unexpectedly delayed en-route, please call us and we can make necessary arrangements.
